Radiologic Technologist - Imaging / Radiology
Location: Cutler Bay, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: The Radiologic Technologist will operate CT scan and X-ray machines to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients. Key responsibilities include obtaining consent, preparing patients, and explaining procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and radiological exams.
- Ensure quality imaging and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation through Meditech and Centricity (PACS System).
- Provide effective communication with patients regarding procedures and safety.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- ARRT-R certification (Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Vocational school graduate in Radiologic Technology.
- Proficiency in using Centricity (PACS system) and Meditech.
