CT Technologist

Job Title: CT Technologist

Shift: Overnight Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Experience: Minimum 1 year (dependent upon interview)

License: State license required

Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) (CT) required

Must-Have: CTA studies experience

Experience with general studies IV start skills (preferred)

Experience with Siemens CT and XR equipment (preferred)

Description: Urgent start needed. Manager interviews conducted. 12-hour overnight shifts, up to every other weekend. Call is not required. Level II Trauma Center receives air flights. Certified Stroke Center with a bed capacity of 411. Care areas include ED, Outpatient, and Inpatient. Patient types primarily include adults and geriatrics, with some pediatrics and neonates. The average number of patients seen per day varies by day and shift. Support on the unit includes a Lead Tech and Department Administration. Multiple CT/DX techs are scheduled for every shift. Radiologists are on-site. Electronic medical record system is utilized. PACS system is Enterprise Imaging AGFA. Equipment used includes Siemens technology as specified. Weekend rotation varies based on need. Holiday expectations are handled in rotation with other techs. 4-week schedules will be provided. Scrub color must be a solid professional color or provided by the facility if needed.
