Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: 2+ years License: ARRT (R) Certifications: Required Must-Have: Skills in all areas of CT imaging including diagnostic scans and trauma imaging. Experience in invasive CT procedures. Cardiac imaging skills. Venipuncture skills.
Description: This is a backfill position. The facility is licensed for 815 beds. Recognized among the top hospitals for clinical quality. The facility has received multiple awards for patient safety. It is a referral center for comprehensive trauma and neonatal care. The facility operates a busy robotic surgery program and offers advanced cardiology services. The CT unit is staffed with both technologists and assistants, varying by shift. The team utilizes advanced imaging equipment and electronic medical record systems. The types of procedures performed include neuro, musculoskeletal, body imaging, invasive cardiac imaging, and pediatric imaging. Ideal candidates should be team players who can also work independently. Self-motivated individuals are preferred. Possible weekend shifts and potential call may be required.
