License: Required ODH License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT
Must-Have: Must have ARRT in hand at time of submittal
Description: One week day call per week. Every 5th weekend call required. Average Daily Census is 25-30. The unit has 7 rooms. Patient age group includes adults and geriatrics. If you have electrophysiology experience, you will be floated to electrophysiology as needed if Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology cases are low. On-call is required; we schedule two weekends Friday 6 PM to Monday 7 AM during a 13-week contract, plus one night each week. Must be STEMI ready to apply. IABP and Impella training is required. Experience with IV starts, EKGs, stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, and thoracentesis is needed. Candidates should have experience with Epic EMR system. Travelers based on experience are accepted. Scrubs are provided. Floating to other units may be required as needed. References from within the last 24 months are required. Local candidates are not accepted if within 50 miles. Candidates must have two years minimum experience in a STEMI/PCI facility. All travelers are expected to float to other units and/or facilities if needed. Travel pairs are acceptable as long as they are not related. No block scheduling across all units. Schedule changes can occur with two weeks' notice if necessary. All candidates must ensure they are aware of any licensing requirements and lead times for compliance.
