Requirements • 1+ years of Cath Lab Tech experience • BLS (AHA) • Will accept ARRT R and Fluoro OR CCI RCIS • Skills - Panning the table, Peripherals, Sensis/Syngo, Rotoblader, Coil Embolization • Epic Experience • 2 Professional References (Minimum of 1 supervisor) within last 12 months • Must live within 30 minutes of facility due to on-call requirement! Orientation Details • 1 to 2 Orientation Shifts - Scheduled based on clinician availability. Shift Details • Days, 0630 to 1700 • 10 Hour Shifts • Required to be available for at least 1 on call shift/week! Must be ready and available to arrive within 30 minute call window! • On Call Hours - Monday to Friday: 1730 to 0700; Saturday to Sunday/Holiday: 0700 to 0700 (24 Hours) • Facility books regular and on call shifts directly with clinician. Schedule is provided and added by Aya team so clinician has visibility in Shifts App. Additional Details • Separation Period - 18 Months from all MemorialCare locations • Scrubs - Provided
