Radiologic Technologist IILocation: Wilsonville, Oregon Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $3600/week ($2028 taxable, $1512 stipend)Position Summary: We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform diagnostic radiology procedures in accordance with practitioner orders and within the scope of licensure. This role is split between 50% Radiology duties and 50% Laboratory duties to support quality patient care within a correctional healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities:Radiology Duties (50%)Perform diagnostic radiology procedures as ordered by practitionersPosition patients properly for imaging and provide patient instructionMaintain accurate radiology records, reports, and statistical dataEnsure proper handling, filing, and maintenance of patient x-raysMonitor radiation safety standards for staff and patientsMaintain current knowledge of radiology techniques and licensure requirementsConsult with practitioners regarding imaging questions or patient concernsLaboratory Duties (50%)Collect patient specimens using proper techniquesLabel, prepare, and store specimens appropriatelyProcess specimens for transport to the laboratoryMaintain laboratory supply inventoryFollow universal precautions and PPE requirements at all timesAssist with general laboratory operations as neededAdditional ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety, infection control, and correctional facility protocolsProvide support in maintaining a secure and professional healthcare environmentPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Current ARRT certification in RadiographyCurrent Oregon Radiologic Technologist license requiredMust be trained in PhlebotomyMust have CPR/BLS CertExperience in diagnostic imagingAbility to work in a correctional healthcare environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsValid driver's license or reliable transportation requiredWork Environment: This position requires:Standing and walking for extended periodsClimbing stairs when neededExposure to radiation, chemicals, and communicable diseasesDirect interaction with inmates in a correctional settingAbout ATC Healthcare ServicesEvery single day, we recruit healthcare professionals for jobs in the medical facilities that need them.
