Position Highlights
- Position: Full-Time Radiologist
- Practice: Established radiology team with two diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist
- Specialty: General Radiology with light IR
- Employment: W-2
- Schedule: Minimum of 14 shifts per month
- 7 days on-site
- 7 days working from home
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Additional evening and weekend shifts available for extra compensation
- Call: Nights and weekends currently covered by teleradiologists
- Volume: Approximately 80-120 reads per weekday shift
- Productivity: Approximately 1,200 RVUs per month
- Vacation: Approximately 24 weeks per year
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for extra compensation

The radiologist will have the opportunity to perform and interpret a comprehensive range of diagnostic studies and procedures, including:
Interventional & Procedural Radiology
- Angiography
- CT-guided biopsies
- Soft tissue and breast biopsies
- Drainages and abscess procedures
- Tumor ablation
- Venous access
- Peripheral vascular interventions
- Lumbar puncture
- Myelograms
- Joint injections
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- PEG tube confirmations
- SAVI placement
- Routine X-ray examinations, including chest, abdomen, extremities, and spine
- Fluoroscopy, including:
- Barium swallow
- Modified barium swallow
- Upper GI
- Small bowel follow-through
- Barium enema
- Chest fluoroscopy
- CT examinations, including CT-guided procedures
- MRI examinations
- Mammography and mammographic biopsies
- DEXA
- Ultrasound examinations and ultrasound-guided biopsies
- Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging
- Single-center facility with an Emergency Department
- 24/7 access to the physicians' lounge with meals provided

- Home workstation provided for remote shifts
- Completion or upcoming completion of an accredited radiology residency or fellowship
- Board certification or board-certification eligibility
- Candidates who are board-eligible must obtain board certification within 5 years
- Active Georgia medical license or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
- Comfortable practicing general radiology
- Ability and willingness to perform light IR procedures
