The Department of Diagnostic, Molecular and Interventional Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a full or part-time Radiologist for Mount Sinai Queens Hospital.   • Mount Sinai Queens Hospital is a 235-bed licensed acute care facility in Astoria, New York.
  • The hospital provides adult medical and surgical services with nearly 500 physicians across 40 specialties.
  • The department performs over 80,000 examinations annually and is equipped with CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and US.
  • An adjoining ambulatory facility, Mount Sinai Queens Imaging, has state-of-the-art 1.5T MRI, PET-CT, DEXA, mammography, and US units.
  • Radiology services are also provided at Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights, a multispecialty practice performing approximately 16,000 exams annually.
  • On-site radiology services at Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights include mammography, ultrasound, CT, and radiography.

Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Compensation range from $360,000 to $475,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
  • The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License
  • BE or BC in Radiology
  • A clinical background in General Radiology or a fellowship training in Body Imaging are preferred but other subspecialties will be considered
  • Interventional Radiology is not required
