Diagnostic Radiologist – J1 Waiver Opportunities
Spectrum Healthcare Partners seeks a board‑eligible/board‑certified diagnostic radiologist with fellowship training to join our group of 18 radiologists. The position is full time, primary coverage at hospitals throughout Eastern & Coastal Maine, with a two‑year partnership track and reasonable call expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary radiology coverage for hospitals in Eastern and Coastal Maine.
- Perform general radiology examinations and apply fellowship expertise.
- Interpret and report imaging studies, including advanced neuroimaging, MSK imaging, virtual colonoscopy, prostate MRI, PET‑CT, oncologic imaging, and interventional procedures such as biopsies, drainages, tumor ablation, embolization, and TIPS.
- Participate in collaborative imaging with orthopedists and cancer center teams.
- Engage in equitable work model without RVU tracking; support collegial environment.
Qualifications
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified in diagnostic radiology.
- Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty.
- Strong general radiology skills.
- Ability to work in a team‑focused, patient‑care oriented environment.
- Eligible for J‑1 or H‑1B visa sponsorship; J‑1 CONRAD‑30 or NBRC waiver encouraged.
