We are a well-established, patient-focused rheumatology private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing both X-rays and DXA scans and committed to ensuring patient comfort and imaging accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays and bone density (DXA) scans in accordance with physician orders and industry standards.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation within the EMR system.
  • Maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Assist with administrative or clinical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist) required.
  • State licensure (if applicable).
  • Experience with DXA scanning preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • EMR experience preferred.
  • Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:45-5:45
