Overview
Radiologic Technologist at WI Athletic Club - Wauwatosa. On-site role located in Wauwatosa, WI. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5k. FTE: 0.50. Standard hours: 20.00 per week. Shift: Shift 1, Mondays 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, Fridays 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, every other Saturday 7:45–11:45 AM.

Job Summary
Under the direction of a radiologist or other providers, prepares patients and performs radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according to guidelines and prescribed protocols with appropriate radiation protection. Maintains customer service standards, supports organizational excellence initiatives, and communicates effectively with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Experience
One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience.
Education
Post high school completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required.
Special Skills
Self-motivated; ability to organize and prioritize; flexible and able to reorganize priorities during emergencies.
Licensure & Certifications
ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI Radiographer license required. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
