Key Responsibilities of the Radiologic Technologist:
- Perform radiologic procedures including select C.T. procedures
- Calibrate and operate radiology equipment
- Position patients accurately and apply restraining devices as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and hospital staff
- Initiate CPR and utilize radiology computer systems
Requirements of the Radiologic Technologist:
- Graduate of an A.M.A approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio
- 2+ years of experience in radiology
- CPR Certification
