Procedures may include but are not limited to: X-rays, fluoroscopy, and mammography (only include mammography if you do not have a separate Mammography department being tracked in or other specific mammography department). This department is also responsible for the pre-procedure and post-procedure care.

Radiography (ARRT-R): RequiredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA and HIBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: RequiredFluoroscopy (FLUORO): RequiredEssential Functions:Performs screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation. Explains procedures to patients and answers questions. Prepares equipment for use as needed. Prepares examination rooms for patient exams. Positions patients for imaging exams. Monitors patients and ensures safety during exams.Produces diagnostic images. Documents exam information.
