Your Core Responsibilities
- Employ radiographic and CT methodologies to secure high-resolution images for medical evaluation
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and the healthcare team to promote accurate diagnostic outcomes
- Position patients correctly and calibrate machinery for the best imaging results
- Uphold radiation safety protocols for patients and staff
- Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and maintenance schedules for equipment
- Deliver compassionate assistance throughout the imaging journey
- Foster a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging environment
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Active BLS certification or the ability to secure it within three months of hire
- Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging techniques and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary professionals alike
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and adapt to evolving situations
