Job description
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Explaining the procedure during the X Ray/CT scan to patients
  • Responsible for floating to OR cases
  • Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
  • Administering contrast IV dyes to enhance imaging
  • Examining images to ensure they are usable
  • Updating patient medical records
  • Cleaning and maintaining X Ray/CT scan equipment
  • Keeping inventory of X Ray/CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a radiologic technology program
  • CT Certified or Cross Trained in CT Required
  • Current ARRT certification
  • BLS Certification
  • A valid New York State CT license
  • Ability to work independently

Pay or shift range: $31.83 USD to $38.62 USD
