About the Role
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation for radiography students in hospital and outpatient imaging settings
- Demonstrate proper radiographic positioning, radiation safety, and imaging protocols
- Support students in developing critical thinking, patient care, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure curriculum alignment with ARRT and accreditation standards
- Maintain accurate student performance records and provide timely feedback
- Serve as a clinical resource for technologists and assist with onboarding when needed
- Promote a positive learning environment and uphold standards of care
- ARRT (R) certification
- Delaware state license required (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical radiography experience; prior teaching or preceptor experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Ability to model professionalism, patient centered care, and safe imaging practices
- Comfort working in a fast paced clinical environment with diverse learners
- Full time, onsite clinical instruction across Beebe Healthcare imaging departments
