Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to produce accurate diagnostic images for physician evaluation
- Collaborating with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure thorough and precise diagnoses
- Positioning patients accurately and adjusting equipment settings to achieve optimal imaging
- Adhering to radiation safety protocols for patients and colleagues
- Keeping meticulous records, including equipment maintenance and imaging logs
- Delivering empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
- Contributing to a well-organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days of employment
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging processes and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills with both patients and interdisciplinary team members
