We're hiring an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract with Radiology Diagnostics at a large Level 1 trauma academic medical center in Birmingham, AL. The start date is November 23, 2026.
Pay and schedule
- $60 to $61 per hour
- 13-week contract, on site
- Mid shift, five 8-hour shifts per week, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- Every 4th weekend
- Start date: 11/23/2026
What you'll do
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams for a busy Level 1 trauma department
- Support OR imaging cases
- Manage and review diagnostic images in PACS
Requirements
- Current ARRT registration
- 3 to 4 years of radiologic technologist experience (minimum), ideally within the last 5 years
- 1+ years of travel experience
- Strong Level 1 trauma experience at a large academic medical center
- Proficient OR and radiographic skills
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program preferred
- Current BLS and PACS experience preferred
