Radiologic Technician

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Radiologic Technician to work at a facility in Fresno, California. These are registry positions with our company.

Weekly Gross Pay = $720
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $18
Weekly Travel Stipend Non‑Taxed (Hotel‑658 Meals‑378) = $1036
Total Weekly ($1036 not taxed) = $1756

Job Details

• Area: Medical OT-8HR
• Class: RADT
• Shift: 1 (Start: 07:00:00, End: 15:30:00)

Job Responsibilities

• Follow physicians' orders regarding the body parts for imaging
• Operate and adjust imaging equipment
• Explain procedures to patients
• Position patients and equipment
• Follow procedures that prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation to patients and staff
• Keep track of and organize patients' records

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum one year (12 months) of experience within the last 36 months as a Radiologic Technician/X‑ray Technologist
• Must have up to date credentials in the state of California
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
