I’m working with an early-stage semiconductor startup inBoston building advanced3D integrated RF hardware for defense radar and low-Earth-orbit satellite communications.

They’re hiring theirfirst RF Systems Engineer to own the system-level architecture - turning customer requirements into the specs that RFIC/MMIC, EM and analog engineers design to.

You’ll work across:

• Phased arrays, beamformers and transceiver chains
• Link budgets, noise, linearity, EIRP and dynamic range
• Radar and SATCOM front-end architecture
• System-level hardware validation and OTA testing

What they’re looking for:

• M.S. +5+ years or Ph.D. +2+ years in RF/mmWave systems engineering
• Experience withradar, satellite communications or wireless front ends
• Hands‑on experience withphased arrays, beamforming, link budgets or RF system testing
• System simulation experience with tools such asADS, SystemVue or MATLAB

$125K–$180K base + equity
