Exo Talent Partners is partnering with a high-reliability RF and electronics manufacturer seeking an RF / Electronics Technician to support assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of RF and electronic systems.
This role supports programs where performance, consistency, and documentation are critical.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test RF and electronic components and subassemblies
- Perform functional testing using standard test equipment
- Troubleshoot basic electrical or RF issues under engineering guidance
- Document test results and manufacturing data
- Support production, quality, and engineering teams as needed
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality requirements
- Background in electronics, RF, or test technician roles
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and schematics
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to regulatory requirements
