Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Radiation Therapist – Full Time | Yuma, AZ

  • Location: Yuma, AZ 85364
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Residency Requirement: Must reside outside a 100-mile radius of Yuma, AZ

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to join a leading healthcare team in Yuma, Arizona. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, robust benefits, and relocation support. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical experience in radiation therapy and be certified by the ARRT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients on and off the treatment table
  • Start and stop the radiation beam during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house Radiation Oncologist and Lead Therapist
  • Operate Varian equipment and use Aria software for treatment planning and management
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure quality patient care
  • No IVs, weekends, holidays, on-call, or standby responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy (required)
  • Active ARRT (T) Certification (required)
  • Valid BLS Certification (required)
  • Experience with Varian equipment and Aria software (preferred)
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR (preferred)
  • Hourly rate: $40.00 – $60.00 , based on experience

Sign-on bonus:

  • Up to $5,000 for a 1-year commitment
  • Up to $10,000 for a 2-year commitment
  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000
