Summary

Responsible for providing radiation therapy for patients, as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Administers radiation treatment according to the established standards and practices, maintains patient treatment records, medical records and other patient related material. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Essential: Technical Program Completion or Degree
• Nonessential: Bachelors Degree

Education specialization

• Essential: Radiation Therapy

Education equivalent experience

• Essential: Required - Technical - Radiation; Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field
• Nonessential: Required - Technical - Radiation; Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field

Credentials

• Essential: Credential Requirements in Comments
• Essential: Basic Life Support
• Essential: ARRT Radiography

Credential equivalent experience

• Essential: Required - Radiation - State of Florida; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists)
• Essential: Required - Radiation - State of Florida; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists)
• Essential: Required - Radiation - State of Florida; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists)
