About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist with strong clinical and technical expertise to support the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy services.

The ideal candidate will be committed to patient safety, treatment accuracy, clinical excellence, and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary radiation oncology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation treatments in accordance with physician-approved treatment plans and established clinical protocols
• Perform accurate patient positioning, setup, immobilization, and treatment verification
• Operate radiation therapy equipment in accordance with clinical and safety standards
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and communicate relevant observations to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to applicable patient safety, quality assurance, regulatory, and clinical standards
• Contribute to a patient-centered and professionally collaborative care environment

Ideal Candidate

• 2–15 years of relevant Radiation Therapy experience
• Appropriate U.S. credentials/licensure as applicable to the position
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology and treatment delivery workflows
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills
• Strong attention to clinical accuracy and patient safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
