Responsibilities
The Radiation Therapist is responsible for administering therapeutic radiation treatments and ensuring accurate setup, planning, and delivery using modern radiotherapy techniques. This role works closely with physicians, physicists, and oncology teams to deliver safe, precise, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Completion of accredited Radiation Therapy program
- ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy) upon hire
- Active California Radiologic Technology certification (Therapeutic or Diagnostic/Therapeutic)
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques and patient care
- Experience with treatment planning and delivery preferred
