Job Description: Radiation Oncology Physician

About this role:
As a Radiation Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
You will practice at Montrose Regional Hospital – San Juan Cancer Center.
Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, 4 days onsite in clinic and 1 administrative day. Call is 1:4 weeks.
Great team dynamic! Stable, well-staffed clinic with 1:1 RN support, 3 radiation therapists, full-time physics and dosimetry onsite.
Montrose uses Varian hardware and software. TrueBeam LINAC, Eclipse treatment planning system and Mosaiq EMR/R&V system.
Established relationships with our community partners: medical oncologists, general surgeons, pulmonology, and urology.
Regular community tumor boards with robust multidisciplinary participation.
Excellent opportunity for mentorship: 3 radiation oncology colleagues at sister hospital, St. Mary’s in Grand Junction with shared chart rounds.
Potential leadership roles: option for medical directorship and other hospital leadership.

- Competitive Compensation: $595,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.

What you’ll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- ACGME Residency or Fellowship training in Radiation Oncology
