Radiation Oncologist

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is seeking a collaborative Radiation Oncologist to join a two-physician practice at AdventHealth Sebring, located near Orlando and Florida's beautiful beaches. This full-time position involves general oncology care, with support for specialization preferences. The role offers the opportunity to utilize advanced technology and participate in clinical research within a large, employed group of radiation oncologists.

Practice Info

• Two-physician practice location at AdventHealth Sebring
• Services include all linac-based external beam therapies and radiopharmaceuticals
• Potential for brachytherapy program development
• Support staff includes nursing, patient access, RTT staff, on-site physicist, nurse navigator, and a full-time APP
• Clinic has two Varian accelerators and CT-simulation on site, including a TrueBeam installed in 2022
• Clinic uses EPIC for EMR and Aria for treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time coverage for general oncology care
• Utilize technology and innovation to further clinical research
• Work collaboratively with the medical staff and radiation staff
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary care model

• BE/BC American Board of Radiology in Radiation Oncology

• Excellent communication skills
• Eligibility for active Florida license
