JOB REQUIRMENTS

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radition Oncology
• Licenses: Active KY License or Universal License (IMLC)
• DEA: DEA preferred, must have for assignment
• Certifications: BLS (preferred), ACLS (nice to have), PALs (nice to have), NRP (nice to have)
• Experience: Residency and fellowship completion required
• Other Qualifications: Clean malpractic/background; must be available for listed dates
