Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active and unrestricted TX license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range
$496,717 - $799,113 /year
