Department of Radiation Oncology at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join our team. This position includes an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine . The primary site of practice will be Tufts Medical Center in Boston; the individual will also practice in community Cancer Center sites in Stoneham and/or Framingham as directed by the Chair.
Responsibilities
- Staff our radiation oncology department as an integrated part of a multidisciplinary cancer center.
- Provide services including infusion and multiple multidisciplinary specialty clinics with extensive support services.
- Participate in the robust gamma knife program and the expanding high-dose rate brachytherapy program.
Qualifications
- ABR Board Certification or eligibility in radiation oncology.
- Formal research training sufficient to prepare for success as an independent investigator.
- Must qualify for a full-time medical faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Tufts University School of Medicine.

- Primary practice at Tufts Medical Center, Boston.
- Additional community cancer center sites in Stoneham and/or Framingham.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $378,289 – $439,325 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process based on experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
