PRN Days – 8 AM – 5:30 PM Mon–Fri

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required OR Associate degree preferred
  • One year experience in a hospital radiology preferred
  • ARRT-MR Radiography upon hire required
  • ARRT-MR Mammography upon hire preferred
  • ARRT-MR Mammography 12 months required
  • CMRT certified by TDH or TMB upon hire required
  • BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

Responsibilities

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Produce quality images in mammography as defined by the American College of Radiology guidelines
  • Perform mammography visual inspections, compression checks
  • Document patient mammography history and family history in RIS system for radiologist interpretation and risk scoring
  • Training, education and team support
