You'll be:Efficiently loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight while performing quality checks on parts for accuracy and conditionExecuting daily inventory cycle counts and managing replenishment orders for spare partsPlacing server racks with precision using laser measuring devicesPopulating racks with electronic components, installing cabling according to diagrams and schematicsInstalling rack hardware using a variety of hand, power, and measuring toolsSafely operating material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacksMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace in adherence to 5S standardsPerforming frequent physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and liftingThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)Are self-motivated and able to work independentlyPossess 1–3 years of related experience in inventory or data center warehousingAre proficient with computers and can interpret diagrams and schematicsCan read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsUnderstand electrical safety, static discharge hazards, and related protocols for working with live equipmentHave strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders on-site, with a proven ability to build positive working relationshipsDemonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills to make confident, data-driven decisionsWhy you should apply to be Rack Builder and Assembler Associate:Competitive pay rate for a dynamic, hands-on roleOpportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentExposure to critical deployment projects and inventory management best practicesGrow your professional skillset with a respected industry leaderOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
