Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time R&D Technology Services Analyst will gather and analyze data, define system and process improvement requirements, and support strategic initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct research to identify system gaps and operational opportunities, translating business needs into clear project requirements Support all phases of the project lifecycle, developing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes Analyze system performance data to identify enhancement opportunities and collaborate with Product Management to drive adoption and business value Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in property management operations and/or property management software platforms Familiarity with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata Experience supporting projects in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
