This role is for R&D Technical Coordinator – Career and we are looking for candidates to collaborate with Tellus Solutions to create innovative solutions and to fulfill on our client's mission.Responsibilities:Work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environmentTurn on and troubleshoot PCA'sBuild / assemble full instrument prototypesCalibrate and run automated tests on prototypesTroubleshoot and repair prototypesBuild, troubleshoot, and maintain test racks containing electronic test and measurement equipmentExecute automated performance characterization tests on prototypes at temperature and humidity and collect characterization dataHelp to maintain the NPI Lab environmentRequirements:3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment or equivalentHigh School Diploma or equivalentGeneral knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturingExperience in electronic mechanical assembly including torque driversProficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, OutlookDesire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environmentDemonstrated analytical problem-solving skillsDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment successfullyDemonstrated flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity and changeAbility to deliver results under schedule pressureAble to identify, prioritize and solve technical problemsDemonstrated strong initiativeDemonstrated attention to detailGood organizational skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeDesired Qualifications:Higher level education or certifications in electronicsClassroom or work experience using electronic test equipment, specifically Oscilloscopes and ProbesEducation:High School Diploma or GEDAssociates Degree in Electronics preferred ORHigher level education or certifications in electronics preferred
