To support customer inquiries, the full-time Quote Specialist will efficiently process product and calibration quotes and orders while demonstrating proficiency in company systems and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities Process product and calibration quotes and orders following proper order entry procedures Assist internal and external customers by applying Standards of Sales & Service Excellence Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for enhancements in customer approaches Required qualifications Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or telephone sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to learn and apply pricing strategies effectively Experience with APLUS and Salesforce is a plus
