To support Multifamily and Hospitality Renovations, the full-time Quotations Specialist will develop detailed proposals, provide pricing recommendations, and manage complex quotation opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review project specifications to create detailed proposals that align with business objectives Provide pricing recommendations and consultative guidance to support sales and project management teams Engage with vendors to obtain accurate pricing and analyze quotation trends for margin improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of construction-related quotations or estimating experience Prior use of estimating or CRM software such as Planswift, Quotesoft, or Salesforce Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications with minimal supervision Deep knowledge of product lines, features, benefits, and applications
