Pioneering nucleotide research since its inception, we are now leading the way in the rapidly expanding mRNA market. Your next role as a Miracle Maker Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Commercial team as a Quotation Coordinator I. As a Quotation Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and Business Development (BD) team by preparing quotes and pricing.

The specialist will work closely with sales BD managers, Alliance Managers, customers, and partners to ensure timely and accurate pricing information. This position supports our commercial organization in achieving revenue growth targets through customer interactions focused on quoting and support functions. This position is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, this role leverages extensive knowledge of company services and products. How you will make an impact: Receive clients’ instructions and generate quotations from various sourcesMeet strict deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for research, writing, editing, and reviewing quotesWorks closely with various departments within the organizationBe a central point of contact within the quotation function and send reports or statistics to internal sales teamCommunicate with all departments involved in completing quotationsMeet customer timeline/deadlinesImprove customer service and satisfaction by building relationship with both internal and external customersBe versed on the full quoting process to support all TriLink products and Research- Use servicesCoordinates receipt of all required information for the preparation of final quoteLog and track quotes through CRM (Salesforce)Proficient project management skills and able to multitaskKeep accurate records of incoming requests and outbound quotesAttend internal calls with regional sales teams to review sales activitiesWork closely with distributors to review customer’s requests and trendsEngage in customer calls to discuss quote or answer technical questionsParticipate in technical and systems trainingImproves quotation response by recommending processing changesPerform additional duties as assigned The skills and experience that you will bring: Bachelor’s degree, Science background highly preferredKnowledge of SalesforceKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent command of spoken and written English languageWorking language proficiency in an additional language such as German and French preferred but not requiredFormal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose written responses which will be a daily process to communicate with internal sales teamAbility to coordinate with various stakeholders at the same timeAbility to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from management, co-workers and clientsAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variablesDetail OrientedPossesses strong numerical skills and an analytical mindsetSelf-motivated individual who can work both independently and part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt in times of change The anticipated salary range for this position is $24 - $26.
