Job Description

Prime Source seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency's QuickBase rapid development and prototyping framework.

Our client supports the development and modernization of its QuickBase application for various operations within DPW. The candidate must have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically building custom applications in the government industry.

The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. The candidate must have proven skills in application development, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.

Implementation (transition) requirements are capabilities or behaviors required to transition from the enterprise's current state to the desired future state.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Expert-level experience in QuickBase design and development
• Expert-level experience in documenting business processes and workflows
• Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals
• Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solutions that support mobile and web applications
• Experience with web technologies and mobile app design
• Experience with emerging DaaS (Database as a Service)
• Experience working with large, complex data sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; business-level English is mandatory

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 16+ years’ experience in a progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in an enterprise environment
• 16+ years’ experience managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for the entire project lifecycle
• 16+ years’ experience researching and evaluating technology solutions and implementation strategies
• 16+ years’ experience solving business and technical problems independently and creating innovative solutions
• 5+ years’ experience in datacenter\cloud\server design and development
