About the role
Manage project costing and commercial matters for construction, renovation and maintenance works.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure and profit margins
- Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts
- Assess subcontractor claims and verify completed work through site measurements
- Coordinate with project teams and maintain accurate commercial records
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant construction experience
- Proficient in Excel, interpreting drawings and cost estimation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
