Remote - USA
$200k to $300k + Bonus
Venture Search is working with a leading global prop house, looking for a driven and experienced Options Trader to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in options trading and a passion for quantitative research and volatility modeling. You’ll work closely with a skilled group of traders to help refine and expand our options trading strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement profitable options trading strategies
- Enhance and maintain volatility models
- Collaborate with a high-caliber team on trading systems and strategy integration
- Contribute to building and improving automated trading platforms
- Apply rigorous quantitative research to real-time trading decisions
- Take ownership of key trading system components and outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands‑on options trading experience
- Strong knowledge of options, derivatives, and volatility dynamics
- Solid grasp of market microstructure
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing trading strategies
- Proficiency in Python; working knowledge of C++
- Excellent judgment under pressure and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in index options market making is a plus
