To support a range of research and evaluation projects in international development, the Quantitative Research Associate will work remotely or from various U.S. office locations, focusing on data management, statistical analysis, and the communication of research findings while also contributing to business development efforts. Key responsibilities Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information through literature reviews and policy scans Analyze quantitative research data and contribute to the reporting and interpretation of findings Support proposal writing and business development activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in social sciences or related fields Experience using quantitative data analysis software programs (Stata, R, QGIS, Google Earth Engine) Experience working in other countries
