This person will make an immediate impact on the business and help shape the future of the team.ResponsibilitiesOwnership and oversight of large scale, multi-market or increasingly complex research projects from start to finish in terms of time, budget, and client satisfaction.Think creatively at every stage -- including crafting the approach, designing surveys, developing and executing against advanced analytic plans and telling human stories that impact the client's businessConnect the dots across various data sources, including qualitative, secondary, and client dataManage and set expectations and goals for internal project teams while holding them accountable for successBuild strong client relationships, both on projects and from a business development perspective, liaising with Fortune 500 companies across industriesIdeal backgroundPrior hands-on survey research experience is a BIG plus, but even more important is a creative and strategic mindset when it comes to dataStrong writing skills are an absolute must as compelling and impactful storytelling is at the heart of our philosophyTrack record of translating research into business impactIdeally at least three years of experience in quantitative research and insightsA degree/advanced degree in a relevant field (social sciences, design thinking, market research, marketing, statistics, or other)Non-Discrimination Disclosure: We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other status or class protected by applicable law.
