Owning the research function within a dedicated prediction markets fund, the full-time remote Quantitative Analyst will drive the development of alpha signals, build and validate models, and collaborate with traders and engineers to implement and monitor research in live portfolios. Key responsibilities Conduct rigorous quantitative research to identify new alpha signals across various prediction market categories Own the end-to-end research process, including data sourcing, exploratory analysis, methodology design, implementation, and performance evaluation Build and maintain data pipelines utilizing alternative and traditional data sources for model development and fair value estimation Required qualifications Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, financial engineering, or a closely related quantitative field Strong Python skills, including experience with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for building backtesting frameworks Solid foundation in statistics, probability, time-series analysis, and machine learning Demonstrated interest in prediction markets through personal trading, research, or protocol analysis Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a research workstream
