Job Description

• Experience with Qualtrics platform technology that enables CX insights and activation.
• Execute the following aspects of the research process: sample management, field management, quality assurance, data analysis and interpretation of results, dashboard building and management, and collaboration with client and internal team members via an online cloud-based bug tracking software.
• Liaise regularly with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing, and results reporting) to ensure accurate, reliable results are delivered to the client in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates as requested.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service, attention to detail, and quality control.
• Understand and address clients’ business needs/issues, providing consultation rather than just order-taking.
• Provide daily guidance and coaching to junior team members, as required.
• Strong quantitative research project management skills; PMP certification is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to manage large customer satisfaction tracking projects effectively.
