Quality Training ManagerTuknik Government Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Training Manager to support TGS and our government customer at Lee Summit, MO. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality auditors and tutors to perform all audit and training functions.Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:At a minimum, must have three (3) years of experience in managing quality control operations.The QM must have demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to Government regulations and policies and coordinating operational and administrative actions.Minimum Education:A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines is required:Program managementBusiness or public administrationProduction, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality management, and technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting.Must possess, or successfully obtain within 180 days of contract award, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
