This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.Role Responsibilities:Understand, maintain and execute Donaldson Quality Policies and ProceduresResponsible for the creation of AP/QP DocumentationPoint of contact for document controlAbility to run and program CMMCreate and maintain FAI'sCreate and maintain "In-Process Inspection Reports" electronicallyInspect manufactured product for uniformity, conformance and recordVerify physical and chemical properties of materials used in the manufacturing processComplete non-conforming material reportsMinimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree or 3 years Quality Technician ExperienceDemonstrate analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, development of technical skills, and innovative solutionsCalculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, volume and concepts of geometryAbility to read and understand blueprintsAbility to use calipers, micrometers, and gaugesUse internet and e-mail system, and is proficient with MS Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeFunctional knowledge of electronic material management systemsManufacturing experienceHourly Rate: $21.51Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
