What You Will DoAssist the Engineer or Quality Supervisor in performing daily activities such as:Participation in TIER 1 of the Production Area or Line in charge. Must participate in TIER 2 if required by your Supervisor.Inspection and formal report via email of the most recurrent non-conforming components and/or subcomponents to the team.Inspection, containment, and identification of the root cause and proposals for solutions to the rejection reports issued in FAS by Quality Inspectors.Maintain control of Non-Conforming Material in the MNC Cage. Implementation of MRB Process.Provide support in Final Inspection when required.Development of process improvements such as (Update of Check List, creation of Visual Aids and/or Internal Quality Alerts and team events like Fixtures, templates, method improvement, etc).Comply with Quality Audits (LPA) via Benchmark.Follow safety, standards, and quality rules, policies, and procedures established by the company.Main Tasks:1. Participate actively in meetings with department staff to discuss operational and/or administrative aspects of the company.2. MNC (Identify and report any Non-Conforming Material identified in the production line via email providing all evidence, either to "Feeders or BO" involving the Quality of Suppliers personnel. Provide support in the segregation of Non-Conforming Material preferably its transfer to the Non-Conforming Material shelves).3.

FAS (Inspect the current inventory to determine if the problem is isolated or systemic, and go to the process or area where the error or defect arose to identify possible root causes and propose in team "Included certified regular employee" possible solutions. Document the results of product and/or process audits following the formats established by the company.4. MRB (Maintain and identify the Control of Non-Conforming Material in the MNC shelves. Specifically complying with the MRB process (Physical versus Electronic Inventory, Time of waiting of MNC in the shelves. Additional handling and organization of the area).5. Inspect and document critical dimensional and cosmetic characteristics following corporate standards, product specifications and/or established deviations "finished product and/or sub-assembly" (Includes visual inspections).

Provide support to the Quality Inspector if required by the supervisor.6. Use precision and measurement instruments to verify parts and their components. Ensure the conformity of measurement and testing instruments following the parameters of the Calibration Program.7. Comply with established health, safety, and environmental norms and procedures. Notify the immediate supervisor of any deviation or abnormality detected versus the quality standards established by the company.8. Keep inspection files updated following the procedures established by the company.9.

Comply with the norms, policies, and procedures established in Health, Safety, and Environment, Quality Rules and Policy, as well as by the Human Resources Department, and the company.10. Perform inventory-related transactions following the procedures established.11. Refer to the immediate supervisor or designated personnel any abnormality in the product or process.12. Keep work areas clean and notify unsafe conditions that could affect employee safety.13. Ensure safety in the work area and ensure compliance with established norms and procedures.Requirements:Education/Experience:• Associate's Degree (completed) and/or Technical Degree (completed). Preferably in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and/or Chemistry or Business Administration.Competencies/Knowledge:• Intermediate level English.• Knowledge to read and interpret schematics.• Knowledge related to quality and ISO9001.• Ability to manage Windows operating system.• Capacity to interpret and read blueprints.• Basic calibration knowledge.• Intermediate knowledge in product inspection and/or process.Availability for shift 2: Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
