Job Title: Lab Quality System Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension/FTE
Job Summary: We are seeking a Lab Quality System Analyst to support laboratory systems and instruments while ensuring compliance with quality system and laboratory requirements. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for laboratory software, equipment, workflows, and system validation activities within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer laboratory systems and instruments
- Lead instrument qualification, protocol development, and report generation
- Perform software installation, validation, and document change management
- Support Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and LIMS applications
- Draft system procedures and create training materials for lab personnel
- Conduct end‑user training and provide ongoing system support
- Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3–7 years of laboratory experience
- Hands‑on experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
- Knowledge of LabVantage or other LIMS platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with software validation in regulated environments
