Quality SupervisorWe are immediately hiring a Quality Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role leads a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring all materials meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes.Essential Functions:Customer service satisfaction and expectation managementStaffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employeesManage day-to-day planning and scheduling.Health and Safety ManagementState/Local/Federal regulations complianceAdditional Responsibilities:Performs other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities:Ability to work within international functional teams.High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area.Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisisMakes decisions in a timely manner.Strong oral and written communications skillsAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skillsDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required advanced required.Logistics industry knowledge advanced requiredKnowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate requiredStrong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced requiredQualifications:H.S. diploma/GED required.Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced requiredLogistics industry knowledge advanced requiredKnowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced requiredFundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate requiredStrong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced requiredCompensation Information:The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
