With 19 manufacturing facilities across North America, we provide innovative packaging solutions that meet the diverse needs of brand owners in the United States and Canada.What You'll DoDrive Quality Excellence:Help develop and execute quality strategies aligned with plant and company goalsEstablish and maintain robust GMP and quality systemsAssist with leading root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate defectsLead Audits & Compliance:Assist with internal, customer, and third-party auditsEnsure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standardsMaintain audit readiness at all timesStrengthen Processes & Systems:Help define product specifications, control plans, and validation processesImplement monitoring systems and continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze trends and data to proactively improve performanceOwn Food Safety Programs:Help lead food safety systems, documentation, and trainingManage HACCP plans and critical control pointsEnsure all materials and finished goods meet strict safety standardsDevelop People & Culture:Lead, coach, and develop the quality teamPartner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply ChainPromote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvementWhat Success Looks Like:Consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant productsStrong audit performance with minimal findingsReduced customer complaints and internal defectsA proactive, engaged quality culture across the plantWhat You'll Bring:2-3 years of supervisory experienceAbility to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently (bilingual) - helpful, but not requiredExperience in a manufacturing environment (rigid plastics preferred but not required)A degree in quality engineering or quality managementStrong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and audit processes, food safety programs (HACCP, audits, compliance)Six Sigma Green Belt or Higher – helpful, but not requiredData-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skillsProficient in Cause Mapping, root cause analysis, FMEA, statistical process control, validation, and change managementReady to help lead Quality at the Next Level?
